Stop by our market for some freshly picked ramps. They have a very short growing season, so they be around for long. They are very tasty and are like a combination of onion and garlic. They can be eaten raw, sauteed, roasted, grilled, or pickled. Add them to salads, soups, casseroles, eggs, rice or potatoes. But hurry before they’re gone!
