Meet GF Geraldine she’s the newest member of the family-She’s almost ready to help create fresh artisan style bread and in time, other yummy gluten free bakes. This is a whole new adventure for me, just like with any sourdough journey, there will be plenty of trial and error along the way. But that’s the beauty of it-learning, growing and baking something wholesome from scratch. To start, I’m looking for 3 clients who’d love to be my testers for a GF Homestyle Loaf. These will be ready Wednesday September 4th. If you’ve been waiting for a gluten free option, this is your chance to be part of the beginning of something special.
