Change in payment options!
Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF): Payments made with CREDIT CARDS will soon have an additional 3% charge added. Consider other payment methods (ACH - direct withdrawal from a bank account, DEBIT CARD, or NET10 - a type of check payment) to save the 3% fee. FORTY-FIVE DAY GRACE PERIOD TO CHANGE FROM CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS TO AVOID THE 3% FEE STARTED 20 MARCH 2024.

Please read about these very important changes
that may effect your account.
In recent years, the credit card processing landscape has undergone significant changes, greatly affecting businesses. Credit card companies have been raising their processing fees, passing these costs on to the businesses that accept credit cards, all to support the enticing rewards programs designed to attract customers.
These additional costs passed on to businesses have led many businesses to increase their prices. Instead of increasing our prices to offset the rising credit card processing fees, we at Azure have opted to provide you with alternative payment options.
There are three payment methods available that do not incur the extra fees that credit cards do:
1. ACH - (automated clearing house) use your bank account and routing number by entering it into our secure payment portal.
2. Debit Cards that do not have rewards associated.
3. Net10 Terms with payment by check or money order (contact our customer support team to inquire about the application process and qualifications for Net10 terms)
AZURE began* accepting ACH payments beginning on March 20, 2024 at 6 a.m. PST.
All you'll need to do is update the payment method in the billing section of your Azure account. Nothing more. Your payment will be processed directly from your bank account. Your information is not kept or stored by us, so the process is completely secure.
As of March 20, 2024, customers who are currently using credit cards for payments will have a 45-day grace period to switch to ACH, Debit Card, or qualified Net10 payment methods, or choose to keep their credit card details on file to accept the 3% credit card service fee.
Following this grace period, if you opt not to switch to one of the three fee-free payment methods listed above, future credit card transactions will incur a 3% credit card service fee. We encourage you to choose one of the options listed above to avoid this additional cost.
We thank you for being a part of our family and for choosing AZURE as your source for healthy and abundant foods.
