Happy New Year friends!! 🪩 I’m officially coming back to the sewing machine next week so I wanted to give a little update and let you know my plans for 2026. I have spent this break learning to make sourdough bread (which is what started Meadow Creek Farm Goods last year and I never learned to make the bread😝) and spending some much needed time with my family. My #1 goal for this year is to be more present with my husband and kids. With that being said, I will not be doing as much sewing but my best sellers will be sticking around and maybe adding some new prints! Skillet handle covers, koozies, bowl covers, Bible covers, etc. I will possibly be selling some baked goods, produce this summer, and the popular sewing items. I have some BIG plans with tallow so that will be fun!! I hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Years. I can’t wait to see what 2026 brings to my family, our farm, and this little business. Hey y’all 👋🏼 Ive gotten quite a few followers lately so I'm thrilled to introduce the passionate person behind the sewing machine. My name is Taylor Hockenberry and I'm a 25 (soon to be 26 in 2 weeks 🎉) year old mom of 2 precious boys who inspire me every day. My loving husband is my rock, cheering me on every step of the way!

I discovered my passion for sewing in high school but I would have never guessed it would lead me to this. It has evolved into a fulfilling career. What started as a simple bowl cover for my sourdough has blossomed into a successful Etsy shop and local orders. Although my sourdough may have taken a backseat, haha, I'm proud of the journey. As a mom, entrepreneur, and homesteader, I'm living my dream life, surrounded by our loving animals - chickens, ducks, sheep, and pigs. I feel grateful every day for this life we have built and I wouldn't trade it for the world. 🌎 💞
