📸 Vendor Spotlight: Rachel Driskell Photography

We’ve had the opportunity to work with Rachel Driskell Photography at a wedding, and it’s easy to see why she stands out.

Rachel and her team go above and beyond to create more than just photos, they create moments you’ll actually remember. The kind you feel while they’re happening, not just when you look back later.

One of the most unique touches? She offered a live preview of photos on an iPad during the reception. Such a creative idea and such a special way for guests (and the couple) to relive moments in real time.

Her attention to detail, creativity, and ability to capture the emotion of the day really set her apart.

If you’re looking for a photographer who brings both professionalism and something a little extra, she’s definitely one to consider.

🦞 Local Review: Crawfish Getaway – Somerville (Now Coming to Bryan/College Station!)

If you love crawfish, you need to put Crawfish Getaway on your radar.

We recently tried it and the food was incredible. The seasoning was on point, flavorful, bold, and perfectly balanced without being overpowering. And the size of the crawfish? Solid. No tiny disappointments here.

What I really appreciated is that they don’t just cater to crawfish lovers. They offer other food options too, so if someone in your group isn’t into peeling and eating mudbugs, they’ll still have great choices.

Customer service was excellent, and the food came out fast, which matters when you’re hungry and staring at a table full of shells waiting to happen.

They’re currently in Somerville and now opening a location in Bryan/College Station, which is exciting for all of us who don’t want to make the drive every time.

⭐️ Definitely worth checking out.

🍪 Local Review: Jordan’s Treatopia – Bryan/College Station

If you’re looking for beautifully decorated sugar cookies that actually taste as good as they look — Jordan’s Treatopia is it.

We’ve used her several times for birthday parties, and she absolutely nails it every single time. The designs are creative, detailed, and perfectly themed — but what really matters? They are SO good. Soft, flavorful, and not overly sweet.

Jordan took her passion for baking and turned it into such a fun and successful hustle, and you can tell she truly cares about her work. Her turnaround time is great, communication is easy, and the packaging is always adorable and party-ready.

If you’re in the Bryan/College Station area and need custom cookies for birthdays, showers, or special events — she’s one you can confidently book.
