It’s no stretch to say that cooking and sharing food is at the center of our lives and the heart of our relationship with each other—and with our family and friends. A kitchen full of pots and pans waiting for cleanup, and two folding tables on the back porch, with friends and loved ones crowded elbow-to-elbow around plates of everything good we found that week to share with them.

Your new meal prep staple is here (and it’s locally loaded!)

We’re talking Brookford Farm eggs, Tide Mill bacon, Pineland Farms cheddar (freshly shredded, always), and Backyard Farms tomatoes, all baked into the most satisfying little bites.

High Protein Egg Bites Makes 12 | ~375°F
🥓 Bake your Tide Mill bacon until crispy, then crumble (about 20 minutes)
🧀 Shred your Pineland Farms cheddar fresh
🍅 Dice your Backyard Farms tomatoes
🥚 Whisk 8 Brookford Farm eggs (optional: with a splash of milk) salt + pepper Pour into a greased muffin tin, add your mix-ins, top with extra cheese Bake 18–22 min until set
