For the Fish
4 fillets AK FISH Cod
4 tbsp Butter Unsalted

For the Garlic Herb Mixture
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil Or other light oil
4 cloves Garlic Minced
2 tbsp Fresh Herbs Parsley, chives, thyme or your favorite
1 tsp Paprika Or Cajun seasoning for a twist
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper Adjust to taste
For the Zesty Accent
1 sliced Lemon Or lime as an alternative

Step-by-Step Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place cod fillets in a greased baking dish.
In a bowl, combine butter, olive oil, garlic, herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Spread the garlic herb mixture over each cod fillet.
Layer thinly sliced lemon on top of the cod fillets.
Bake for 13–15 minutes until the cod is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Remove from the oven and spoon melted garlic herb butter over the cod. Serve with sides.

FLAVORFUL BAKED COD WITH MAYO AND
PARMESAN

4 AK FISH cod fillets
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; mix thoroughly.

Place the cod fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper; spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly on top of each fillet.

Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork; garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
