If you are tapping trees you already know, this week is looking like some great flow! If ya don't know now ya know, friends. You also just as commonly dont know that you can collect sap of almost any tree. Maples are most preferred for their volume, flow, and reduction rates over their flavor. Their are better tasting syrups?! Yes, And you can harvest and make them your self?! Ooo food, how we have become so distance so quickly.
