Firehouse Chilifire was built on family, firehouse traditions, great food, and a deep love for the first responders who serve our communities every day.

We are Captain Charlie and Jennifer Dahm, a firefighter and EMT with more than 40 years of service, and a proud firefighter wife. For our family, the firehouse has always been more than a workplace. It is a second home where meals bring people together, recipes are passed down, and lifelong friendships are formed.

Firehouse Chilifire was born during one of the most difficult times in our lives. In 2020, I lost my father, one of my greatest champions. His final wish was that I use what he left behind to do something good.

We brought our family recipes to market and made it our mission to donate a portion of our proceeds to charitable organizations that support first responders and the families of those who have been killed or catastrophically injured in the line of duty.

Thanks to your incredible support, Firehouse Chilifire has now given back more than $50,000 to first responders and the organizations that care for their families.

Every donation made, every family helped, and every act of kindness created through Firehouse Chilifire reminds me of my dad’s final wish. This is about so much more than spices. It is about turning his gift into something that continues to help others.

I truly believe this is what he had in mind.
