I will use my training to monitor your child's development and create activities and learning experiences that are fun and challenging yet still achievable. our child's development as I feel communication with families is vital to children's development. We need to work together as a team. We all want our children to thrive and love learning. We want our children to grow up to be independent caring individuals. I will teach children empathy, responsibility, respect, love, and the self help skills needed so they may reach their fullest potential. I believe in treating all children with respect, as they are people with feelings. I believe children need boundaries and guidance and when they know what is expected and are treated properly they will exceed our expectations.
