Whaaaat a beautiful rain!! ☔️

Thankful for it.

We’ve been getting asked a lot if we’re open tomorrow for Labor Day, the answer is yes! Every Monday is Matcha Monday here in the shop, score any seasonal 16oz matcha (with the honey cream top 🍯) for $5. I’m holding our newest seasonal flavor aronia berry.

We have lottttts in the pastry que including:

We get asked a lot, “is that real bread hanging on your walls?” It sure is ☺️ we’ve always had this tradition of making art with the leftover dough from shaping our sourdough loaves. This series is called “Monstera” honoring our roots in Hawaii.

If we haven’t met yet, hi! We’re a farm to table bakery located at 108 East 5th Street Starbuck, MN and use our homegrown grains for our sourdough breads.

We’re excited for this weekend as there’s lots in the pastry case including
Sourdough cinnamon rolls, sourdough chocolate chip cookies, shortbread cookies, honey berry coffee cake, apple cinnamon scones, dried cherry espresso brownies… need I say MORE?

I’m not gonna say the f word yet but we’re fizzling out our summer syrups. Let’s go out with a bang whaddya say?

Good morning! If we haven’t met yet we’re Roscoe and Jenny, founders of Full Circle Farm-to-Table. A small little farm to table bakery and coffee shop located in Starbuck, MN. We created something we love so chances are you’ve see us enjoying a moment over coffee out front if it’s sunny.

What makes us farm to table? Well we make sourdough exclusively with our homegrown grain we grow on our 5th generation family farm south of town. We’ve always been deeply inspired by what’s in season and incorporate that not only into our baked goods but our coffee and matcha drinks that we serve in house.

We use Beau Coffee roasted up the road, the beans are so fresh they need to rest before we use them (didn’t know that was a thing til we opened our shop!)

You’ll find seasonal drink specials like our newest aronia berry danish made with locally foraged aronia berries or a garden mint patch latte made with mint from the patch on our farm. It’s definitely more work to have a rotating menu but it’s what we’re passionate about. We want to give you the best of the best!

We’re open Thursday- Mondays 7-2 (and yes we’re open this coming Labor Day!) located at 108 East 5th Street Starbuck MN. Hope to see you soon!

Ash created a cinnamon roll cold brew with cream cheese foam, it’s divine.

If you’re seeing this and it’s before 2p on Thursday run (don’t walk) to the bake shop as our friend/baker Mark is trialing a Swedish cardomom bun. Brigitta also came up with a new version of our rhubomb pop except with our house made aronia syrup (lemonade, aronia, and honey cream) so good! We’re open til 2 ✌🏽see ya there!
