Available to order in 1/4's, 1/2's and wholes, $2.50/lb on the hanging weight. Typically a 1/4 falls in the 175-200lb range netting approximately 150lbs in the freezer. Processing is paid to the processor which averages around $.60/lb which is vacuum sealed and custom cut to your order.
