I can’t collect water in the summer, but the garden is in full swing. Basil, oregano and some cilantro getting dried today. Cilantro kind of went to seed…whoops, but now I will have LOTS of cilantro next year :D

The next round of peppers are getting close and I peeled/sliced a dozen bulbs of garlic today to be dried. Dropping off 3 more orders to be mailed from the weekend. Gotta use every day off the fullest!
