I’m honored to share that Farm Fusion Café is sourcing mushrooms from Mother Earth Mushrooms — a 5th generation mushroom farm.
There is something deeply meaningful about food that comes from people who have stayed faithful to the land, to their craft, and to the hard-earned wisdom passed down through generations. That kind of heritage matters. That kind of care shows up in what they grow.
I’m truly grateful for what Mother Earth Mushrooms has built and preserved over the years, and I’m thankful to bring that quality into the products I create.

Every other operation that I’ve spoken to lately all feel like we are being squeezed to the point that it’s no longer worth it.
