Did you know…
green garlic is just young garlic harvested before the bulb fully forms?
It has a much milder, fresher flavor than cured garlic...somewhere between garlic and a green onion, which means you can use the whole thing: stalk, bulb, and all!
Sauté it, grill it, toss it into eggs, or blend it into something bright and punchy.
