This week has been so weird! My bake days are usually Sunday & Wednesday. This week it’s just today! I feel very out of place baking on a Thursday 😂 Graduation has already happed for some, but for those that have graduation this weekend.. I still have some spots available for my cookies! 🍪

Hey friends! Just popping in after a wildly busy few days on the ranch!

Between the Stell Horse Rally, Mother’s Day, and the never-ending ranch chores, I’ve definitely had my hands full. From mowing pasture to wrangling horses, ducks, geese, and my hardworking laying hens… plus remodeling the henhouse after getting the cutest surprise—new baby chicks from my oldest, Journi!

The garden needed some serious love too, so I hit pause on baking to get everything back in order.

But now that things are caught up, I’ll be back to baking bread, cookies, and treats starting tomorrow! Big things are coming—thank you all for your patience and support.

Life on the ranch isn’t always pretty—but it sure is worth it.
