Whether you’re making classic Eggplant Parmesan, tossing Japanese eggplant on the grill, or trying something new, we’ve got both regular and Japanese eggplants fresh and ready for just $3.50/lb at MacDill Fresh Farmers Market.

✨ Try this easy Garlic Sesame Eggplant:

Ingredients:
• 2 Japanese or regular eggplants, cubed or sliced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• Sesame seeds & sliced green onions

Directions:
Sauté the eggplant in olive oil until golden and tender. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Cook another 2 minutes, then finish with sesame seeds and green onions.

Sweet, savory, and ready in under 15 minutes!

🥔 Bright, colorful, and just in! ❤️🤍

Our fresh red and white creamer potatoes are the perfect side dish for just about any dinner. Their thin skins, buttery texture, and naturally creamy flavor make them a family favorite.

Simple Roasted Creamer Potatoes
🥔 1 lb red & white creamer potatoes, halved
🫒 2 tbsp olive oil
🌿 Fresh rosemary
🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
🧂 Salt & cracked black pepper

Toss everything together and roast at 425°F for 30–35 minutes, turning once, until golden brown and crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Finish with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt and fresh parsley if you have it.
