Anyone wanting a specific flavor of jam for the holidays? 👀
I have the stuff to make Red Hot Apple Jelly (Cinnamon Jelly) because I know someone wants some.
I also want to make thumbprint jam cookies again this year, so I may be offering to sell little bags of those or tims for the holidays.

Hey everyone!

I just wanted to put out there that if anyone who grows fruit or has acces to the wild flowers that I use in my jams. I am more than happy to give anyone who wants to donate some honeysuckle they pick or anything else that can be made into jam or jelly a couple of free jars of jelly. ❤️

In the past, some people gifted me some muscadines to make jelly with and once I made that batch. They got a few free jars from that batch. However, you don't have to pick specifically a flavor made from something you've donated. If I have stock of something else you'd rather have, I am completely okay with doing that.

I recently got given a bunch of apples which I will be making into apple butter. The people who donated them will get some jars free once it's made. 🍏

Some people have asked if I would be willing to give them a few free jars of certain jellies if they gifted me fruits or flowers and the answer is yes! Just message me if there's ever anything you would like to give me to make jelly with. I'm also willing to buy fruits from local farmers who grow them. 🫶

🌸 Violet Jelly 🌸

A new wildflower jelly to add to our collection. Honeysuckle is probably our best wildflower, but they haven't come in yet. So we will have to wait until they do to make them.

However, the violets are everywhere and they make a nice little waiting jelly until then.

To me, they have a taste very similar to a Grape jelly with a kick. 🤔

Black Out Blackberry Jam!

This was a very HIGHLY requested jam as some people find Blackberry seeds hard to chew. This batch has all the seeds strained out and it was made on the day of the eclipse which is why I've been calling it the black out blackberry since it's like a dark sky with no stars.

Blackberry is my 2nd favorite jam flavor, next to muscadine of course, so I'm glad that I was able to find a way to remove the seeds so that others can also enjoy it.

I still have at least 2 gallons worth of wild blackberries I picked last summer frozen to keep up with the demand.

Also, did you know that blackberries make a pretty good homemade cake? I used some of my extra left over blackberry to make a homage

A highly requested flavor last year was raspberry and I'm happy to say we now currently have some raspberry stock!

I have several small jars of this flavor and only a few Mediums since it is a new flavor. If it does well though, it will be kept as a summer jam. ❤️
