Snofrisk is a Norwegian cheese made from 80 percent goat dairy and 20 percent cow dairy. Snofrisk is a white and creamy spreadable cheese without any yellow pigmentation. The name translates as snow fresh.

Snofrisk was first introduced to the public in time for the 1994 Winter Olympics.
