We’re still collecting clear clean sap, being our woods run around 1,300-1,750’ above sea level and located on the eastern edge of the Tug hill plateau we get spring a week or two later than most the lower areas. 🤞 for a couple more good days.
R/O ran very good last night producing 20 Brix single pass.

It was about 5,500 gallons of 1.6 Brix sap. Now it's 5,000 gallons of water and 500 gallons of concentrated sap🍁
