Sourdough takes time, effort and love to make it. Most breads you can bake within a few hours, Sourdough is SOUR dough because it's fermented. Fermentation is a process and takes 24 hours to make. Some people can take up to 36 hours to bake a beautiful Sourdough. I prefer a method thats sustainable for my family. I usually can finish a loaf from start to finish in one day about 12 to 14 hours. Here's my process.
