Finally rolling out our fall specials! 🍁 I haven’t opened the stand is what feels like forever, but we have been so incredibly busy for the last month, that I’ve barely even had time to bake or do anything. I’m really not sure how much I’ll put out in the stand for the rest of the season, I’ll probably roll out our fall items a few at a time out there, but probably won’t be doing anything huge, along with the produce we’re FINALLY getting from our garden. You can order any of our fall specials any time, through our google form, pinned on the top of our page. 🧡

It’s been a while! We have been BUSY. I’ve taken some much needed rest time, and I’m back in the kitchen this week to bake bread for our event this weekend! The garden is finally starting to produce, and we’re excited about it! I picked about 30 jalapeno peppers today for our Jalapeno cheddar bread!
We are blessed to have a bountiful garden, to preserve food for our family.
I love the homestead life. 🩷

Hey everyone, for the next two weeks, the stand will be closed. We’ve got a lot of stuff going on right now, in preparation for our daughter’s birthday, and I honestly am burnt out and just don’t have the energy to put into baking right now with all the other things we have to get done. Our next weekend open will be September 5th & 6th, and then we will be closed September 12th & 13th for our daughter’s birthday weekend. That being said, you can always order your favorites, but you’ll have to message our page for the Google Form link, because Facebook won’t let us post it anymore.

I’ll also be releasing our fall specials soon, and those will be available for order, and on rotation in the farmstand.

We will be at Crosby Farm for their Cows & Sunflowers festival on August 29th.

Here’s a midweek reminder of what will be available at the stand this weekend! We’re open 8am-9pm Saturday and Sunday!

The stand is located at 92860 M 51, Dowagiac. Between 5 and 7 mile corners, on the corner of M-51 and County Road 687, and the stand is down along 687. If you have trouble finding it, we are on the maps! Both Apple and Google Maps! Just look up “East Family Homestead” and you’ll be able to find us!
