For those of us on a this weekend, consider grilling right over the firepit in the backyard.

We used the Malaysian satay marinade from and grilled chicken skewers over an open fire, then finished with the peanut dipping sauce and loved it🎉 of course! Angie sources many of her ingredients from local growers!
