I finished my first triathlon. 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️🥹

Still riding the high. I felt amazing, had so much fun, and am beyond grateful for every single person who showed up, cheered me on, and made this day so special.

I've been thinking a lot about what fueled me that day, and it wasn't just the training. It was the people. It was showing up for yourself and having your people show up right back. That's Please & Thank You in real life.

And yes - P&TY bars were in the bag. Gluten-free oats, raw honey, real ingredients. Because your body deserves real fuel for real effort.

This is exactly why I sponsor the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend. Same energy. Same community. Same belief that how we fuel ourselves - and how we show up for each other - matters.
