Hey Missoula friends! If you haven't heard, the Clark Fork River farmers market is opening up on May 23, but it will be for non processed agricultural food only. For the rest of us, there is an online ordering site (which is opening this week!) where you can place an order which will be compiled and ready for pickup at the Pattee cul-de-sac. If you are interested in buying bread from me, along with other market goodies, check out the link below!

Excited to play with Central Milling's organic 85 flour this week; this flour is a high extraction/high ash content hard red wheat, which acts like a 50/50 whole wheat and white blend. It's both nutty and buttery, and using about 40% in this recipe was perfect for these loaves.
