Make this decadent dessert for loved ones this weekend. I used brownie mix with our MTOO Blood Orange Olive Oil. Layered in strawberries coated in our Chocolate Cinnamon Latte mix. Then topped with whipped cream infused with MTOO Espresso balsamic. The hardest part is not digging in right away and letting the brownies cool down!

Today is a complicated day for us. As a small business, every day helps us towards the goal of paying our rent and taking care of our team. But we cannot ignore what is happening.
We are appalled at the violent and inhuman treatment of our friends and neighbors in Minneapolis and Minnesota and all over the country. As a company that specializes in gourmet food from around the world, we believe that immigrants bring a cultural richness that makes our lives and communities better.

So we stand with them.

Towards that end, we are making a donation today to the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota to support their fight to help those are seeking safety and justice.

⭐️ Cobrancosa EVOO : big and bold, with notes of bitter greens, with loads of pungency. HIGH in biophenols (626ppm) with a smoke point of over 400. Ideal for dressings, finishing or cooking!

⭐️ Koroneiki EVOO: a classic Greek olive, grown in Portugal with notes of green banana and a pleasing pepper on the finish. High biophenols (488ppm) and a smoke point of over 400.
