Attention Rochester folks: we’ve got a new local producer joining our Co-op family, Clear Spring Farm! Located in Welch, Minnesota, they’re now stocking our meat department with yak meat products.

Yak meat has a rich, beef-like flavor and is high in protein while being lower in calories, saturated fat, and cholesterol than traditional beef. Lean, flavorful, and worth trying on your next Co-op trip!
