This is Karyn Langdon, Mike Langdon's wife of 20 years. I am so terribly sorry to say that we will not be using this page moving forward. There will no longer be a Langdon's Baskets or Langdon's Farm Market.

We loved working with and for people in the Erie region for decades. Mike liked nothing better than standing outside in the sun and sharing a story, especially if he could make someone laugh. He was a good man who fought long and hard, but in May of 2026, he went to be with his Maker after battling aggressive pancreatic cancer for over a year.

One of the things he said over and over throughout our marriage was how much he loved the farm stand, and I know he wanted to reopen the farmer's market in downtown Erie more than almost anything.

Thank you to everyone who helped to make Mike's dreams a reality. All the "kids" that worked for us, family that helped out, friends that stopped by, and new friends we met along the way.

Fly high, to us you will always and forever be "the Mikie." I like to think he is tending Heaven's vineyards now. to make God's grapes perfect.

This little baby was found in the road very beat up, possibly thrown from or nicked by a vehicle 🥹 we are not sure of his past, but we are stepping in for his future. Initially fractures of the jaw were suspected but after exams and X-rays it turns out to be just deep bruising and a wound care/ TLC case. Big thanks to our volunteer Chris for stepping in to help him, donating and fostering him 😻❤️❤️

We are sorry to announce that due to Mike’s recent diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and other health concerns that have kept him hospitalized since early January, we will not be making fruit baskets until the holidays this year. Good thoughts and prayers are welcome! He has a tough road to recovery but Mike is tough, too.

We hope to see you for Christmas 2025!

Remember, all our fruit baskets are pictured in the brochure pinned at the top of this page...and they are the best last-minute gifts for friends and family. We deliver in the Erie area for just $5/basket! And there is still a little time left to order a fruit box and ship it anywhere you want in the continental US.
