I’ll be honest—at first, the idea of a Thursday delivery felt off. Most families are so used to Sunday meal-prep that they’re resistant to switching it up.

Yet here’s the reality: By getting our Vita Kitchen delivery on Thursday, we aren’t just prepping for the next 24 hours. We’re setting ourselves up for our entire weekend and the start of next week.

Here’s how it works for my family (two adults, one toddler and a baby):
✅ The Weekend: We’re out and about, but we have healthy, chef-prepared meals ready for when we pop home (no “hangry” takeout orders).
✅ The 6-Day Rule: Since these stay fresh for up to 6 days, our Monday and Tuesday dinners are already handled.
✅ The Sunday Win: We actually get to enjoy our Sunday as a family instead of spent in a grocery line or over a stove.
