Jay's Crazed Confections Jay's Crazed Confections creates unique gourmet treats infused with decadent sweet ingredients. As such, I decided I would take matters into my own hands.

Jay's Crazed Confections began from my family’s love of caramel popcorn. As natives of New Jersey, we loved going down the shore in the summer, walking on the boardwalk and enjoying the sweet treat of caramel popcorn. When our daughter was diagnosed with a severe peanut allergy, caramel popcorn, along with many other favorites were no longer safe. We searched extensively to find a nut-free substit

ute but quickly realized there were not many options. In that moment Jay's Crazed Confections was born with the mission of creating delicious nut-free confections. All our confections combine popcorn, chocolate and caramel with some creativity and innovation but never a nut! Please enjoy!
