Nick's roasted porchetta is a tradition he has kept alive since he was a little boy in his hometown of Ari in Abruzzo, Italy. He uses a combination of only the freshest herbs and spices which he has perfected over the years and is sure to wow anyone who tastes it. He prepares and cooks the pig himself then serves it at any event.
