Seeking an experienced equipment operator with knowledge of general dozer operation.

Candidate should be able to:
Work well in a team environment. Communication is key.
Provide their own transportation to/from the job site.
Be able to work a flexible schedule up to 60hr/wk. Averaging 40hr/wk.

Compensation commensurate with experience and capability. Do not message asking about what it pays. Contact us and we'll line up a day to show up and we'll have wage negotiations on-site after skills evaluation.

Person with mechanical skills and knowledge of heavy machinery. Need to perform basic maintenance of heavy equipment on job sites and report any problems found with machinery.
Must have own transportation and basic tools required to perform maintenance.

Primary responsibilities to include: Project Cost Tracking, Vendor Management, Bill Entry, New Employee Documentation/Entry, Contractor & Business License Applications

Must have experience with:
QuickBooks Online
Microsoft Office
Microsoft Windows (basic computer operation)
Printing, Scanning, Document Reproduction
Filing/Organization
Adobe Editor
Time Management

Candidates need have a high level of attention to detail and be self motivated. Detailed and accurate record keeping is a must.

Knowledge of AIA documents, contracts, pay applications, and schedule of values is a plus.

Typical work weeks will be 31hrs within the core office hours. The ability to work extended hours up to 10hrs/day will be necessary on rare occasion.

Core Hours: 8-6

Will also consider internship.

For reference that one section of 72" RCP is >14,000lb.
