Here is a preview of that Apple Cranberry Pecan granola! It just came out of the oven and is now bursting with sweet-tart cranberries and cinnamon apples. The base is sweetened mostly with maple syrup (and a touch of honey), and has pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and pecans providing a boost of nutrition. This one is going to be one of my favorites, I can tell! Come and get some at Van Buren MO Farmers Market
