Good evening! September 10,2026
We are thankful for a beautiful rain today!
1.62 inches with help get the grass growing greener again for the cattle. 4 new baby calves today! We will likely be gone on a family outing this Saturday but If anyone needs beef please reach out. I can probably meet up with you Friday evening! We have ground beef,roasts, 1/4 # patties , jalapeño & cheese brats, snack sticks, cube steak , skirt steak, beef fat,heart,liver, kidney and few other odds and ends. Starlight Ranch LLC

September 4, 2026. Another beautiful sunset! Another new baby calf! The grass is dry here south of Versailles and the pastures need rain.
I know this is Short notice but if anyone needs beef for your Labor Day plans please reach out to me! Still out of steak and brisket but we have lots of 80/20 ground beef, 1/4 pound patties, jalapeño and cheese beef brats, skirt steak, slab and short ribs,a few roasts and more!

The Spring calves are growing like crazy and the fall calving just started! The last 2 butcher calves of the year are at the processor so should have more steaks in about 2 weeks. Starlight Ranch LLC

We will not be doing any markets this Saturday August 29! We’re running low on beef but still have plenty ground beef and roasts. If anyone needs anything let me know and we can arrange a pickup. My freezers should be refilled in about 3 weeks! Thanks!

If anyone is needing beef this weekend you can send me your order and pickup will be Saturday morning August 15 at the farm! We’re out of most steaks until mid September but we have plenty ground beef, roasts, snack sticks and more items! Starlight Ranch LLC

Once again we won’t be doing any markets tomorrow (Saturday August 8 ) as we are basically out of steaks. I know this is late notice but if anyone needs ground beef, roasts, patties, brats , snack sticks, or whatever else I have let me know.
