It’s the last Saturday market of the season!!!! We can’t believe it’s almost over 😢. Come by and visit your local farmers and get some healthy microgreens! We still have the taste of summer over here with our newest microgreen - BORAGE- a refreshing cucumber taste 🥒

The market season is coming to a close which makes us super sad but also so incredibly grateful for the opportunity to participate in some amazing markets! It was so rewarding getting to meet other local farmers and be a part of building a community that supports local growers and artisans and learning about all the neat and delicious things they had to offer. It’s been SUCH a pleasure meeting all the market-goers! Swapping stories that revolve around gardening and being able to share how important microgreens are and how to incorporate into meals has made it so much fun. Saturday will be our last market until the special thanksgiving markets, and I hope I see a ton of familiar faces out there!

I was really craving some loaded nachos but I almost didn’t make them because there isn’t much nutrition to them - enter the mighty microgreens! I quickly solved the problem by adding a ton of arugula microgreens to the mix 😋 they gave the nachos a zesty kick and made my nachos nutrient dense!
