Midday Ceremonial Citrus — one of our newer loose leaf blend at The Herbal Nook.

This one was built for that mid-afternoon moment when you need something grounding but not heavy. Here's what's inside and why:

Da Hong Pao Oolong (organic) — a roasted rock oolong from the Wuyi Mountains in China. It brings a deep, caramel-like warmth and a quiet mineral character that carries the whole blend.

Hibiscus Flowers — bold, tart, and vibrant. Hibiscus has been used across cultures for centuries and is traditionally associated with supporting healthy circulation.

Rosehips — one of nature's most vitamin C-rich botanicals. They add a fruity, slightly tangy depth that bridges the oolong and citrus beautifully.

Orange Peel — the bright finish. Medium ground so it distributes evenly and gives every steep that citrus lift.

Brew it at 200–212°F for 3–4 minutes. And don't toss the leaves after your first cup — Da Hong Pao is absolutely worth a second steep.
