On The Bluff Farm Bakery and Events Our farm creates sweet treats, farm fresh food and gifts for any occasion. Random? Yes… fun? Oh yeah! We take pride in the food and herbs we grow.

ON THE BLUFF Farm and Bakery is located in Meadow Lakes-Wasilla AK. We specialize and enjoy making sweet treats and baked goods from the bakery as well as growing vegetables, fruits, flowers and herbs from our farm. We grow responsibly and organically. Our focus is on nutrient dense foods that make a big impact in our lives such as microgreens, rich leafy greens, mushrooms, elderberries, aronia berries and many different herbs that we use not only in our foods but in homemade tinctures. We are in the middle of building a small store front at our farm where we can have customers come to pick up their order whether it be from our bakery or farm. We can also arrange for delivery. Also offered are customized gift sets/baskets for any occasion whether it be a holiday, birthday, gag gifts (adult themed, no problem (wink, wink)), wedding party gifts, corporate gifts/thank you's. The only limit is your imagination...

Happy New Year!!!
I wanted to take some time to say thank you to everyone for your support in our vision with our farm and bakery. We take a lot of pride in our offerings. On the farm we grow using organic methods and in our bakery we are able to offer Gluten Free products, sourdough, keto friendly as well as dye free options now! These practices along with others follow our mission to offer the very best we can possibly offer.

Moving forward we will be bringing LOTS of additions to our farm and our bakery.
For our farm we will be offering seedlings and plants for sale throughout the year. This will include vegetables, berries, herbs and flowers.
A big addition to our farm this year will be cut flowers. We will be offering gorgeous flower bouquets along with our delivery or pick up program.
We will also be bringing microgreens and salad mixes to your door! We will also have delivery and pick up available for these.

For our bakery we have purchased a food truck that will be certified and will now be able to offer some catering services for your special events. Our focus will be on grazing tables and charcuterie boards but will still bring you wonderful cakes, cookies, cupcakes and many other sweet treats.
I am working on adding more detailed information and menu's to the page but am hoping to have our website up and going soon as well.

Potted up 75 strawberry plants.. only 500 more to go. Still have 75 raspberries, 45 elderberries and 10 blueberries. Being shipped up are honeyberries (haskap) , Aronia and gogi. 😁 bring on the sunshine!!!! Pictures will come soon..

Did you know that birch water/syrup has alot of nutritional value and potential health benefits?
