CALL TO THE BREAD-HEADS!
Stay with me this is going to take a second.
I like solving problems. It’s what I’ve done for years.
As Sitto’s grows, I’ve noticed two big ones creeping up:
Time and availability.
Your time matters. Right now, I’ve been giving you a small Wednesday pickup window to grab fresh bread. And I get it, that’s tough. You work, you’ve got kids, errands, dinner, sports, appointments, life… all the things. A two-hour window isn’t always realistic.
Then there’s my time.
Sitto’s is quite literally a one-man operation. Me.
The mixing, shaping, baking, label design, printing, packaging, loading, delivery, setup, and the drop itself — by the time it’s all said and done, that small Wednesday pickup window alone, takes about six hours out of my bakery day.
And with demand growing, those six hours matter.
So here’s the problem we’re solving:
Instead of trying to squeeze everyone into one short Wednesday window, you can now grab Sitto’s Sourdough at Emery's Meat & Produce Waterville on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday during their normal business hours.
That means:
More time for you to get bread.
More days to choose from.
A much bigger pickup window.
And more time for me to stay in the bakery doing what I do best — baking more bread for you crazy animals.
This doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate the Wednesday drops. Those drops helped build this whole thing, and I’m beyond grateful for every single person who has shown up, waited in line, shared posts, told friends, and supported this little bakery.
But if we want Sitto’s to keep growing, this is the next step.
So I’m asking my Bread-Heads to help make this work:
Please make Emery’s your go-to spot for Sitto’s Sourdough on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Fresh bread. More availability. Better hours. Same local sourdough.
Baked local in Waterville, Maine.
Thank you all for helping this thing grow.
Stay sour!
