Starting October these FAST 💨growing piglets will be ready for their new homes.

Duroc Crosses light & dark.
First time showing and looking for a economical solution these are it. Need a companion pig for show. Want to put meat in the freezer or make sausage in 6 months, these piglets are it. Fast growing and super docile Sire is full Duroc from amazing bloodlines and is puppy dog friendly. We also have grandma on sight who’s turning 13 in October. She’s proof these would make amazing sows. All piglets came from litters of 12.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support Little S yesterday Friends, Family & Church Family, it meant so much to us for all the support, help and prays to make his first year a HUGE SUCCESS!!

He did his absolute best with our homegrown Red Brangus Heifer Brisket up against a Senior in his class. He listened to his animal and decided she didn’t want to go back into the ring for showmanship, he said God gave me his creature to protect not wear her out. He said next year they will have round 2!

He and His commercial heifer had great scores from the judges, constructive criticism was to “keep working it’s your first year and we love your honesty and knowledge you have with your project keep going and learning don’t be shy.”

It didn’t hit him until before bedtime where his heifers new homes were. The Otto’s Family who we get all of our feed from. He went 80% of the time to pick up feed for them and give Dawn and update on how they are growing on the feed they created.

GOD IS SO GOOD!!

Not many pigs left from where we started WHOO HOO!!! A BIG thank you to everyone who came to get the 2024 bacon seeds. Alot of them went for breeders, 2 are going to be in the local stock show 😎 and a few for Christmas dinners.

We have four female piglets 4 months old, four male piglets 3 months old, two females 3 weeks old left.

Two absolutely beautiful Californian bunnies from another Homesteader who is as passionate about their animals as we are! Thank you Pace’s Oasis Homestead!!

I can’t wait to see some 2026 show bunnies of course BIG Bunny Bugs will be the SIRE.

We still have two from the last ones we brought to the Homestead unfortunately their health is still a concern, we have been living this lifestyle for a long time and it is VERY IMPORTANT that you pay close attention to where you buy your animals from because not only do they count on you but the other animals already established on your Homestead count on you to do the right thing!
