Pork Cutlets: Very low stock
Pork Burgers: Low stock
Spareribs: Low stock
Brats: Good stock (jalepeno cheese) very low stock (blue ribbon)
Pork chops: Good stock
Baby back ribs: Out of stock
Sausage: All varieties have decent stock, but the new flavors are going quick.

As a reminder, I am doing deliveries this weekend/Monday for surrounding areas AND all local deliveries were delivered in 24 hours or less! 😉

Tomorrow is the day for our PORK DROP!

And we have one more- NEW PRODUCT ALERT! 🥓

This one surprised us- I truly never thought we would add a bacon flavor because the OG (Blue Ribbon) is SO good. But, we tried Apple Cinnamon and OMG. It’s as good as it gets.

NEW PRODUCT ALERT!

We have added TWO new sausage flavors to our bulk line up!

🐽 Farmer Pork Sausage: A mild pork sausage flavored with salt, pepper and smoke. Wonderful mild smoke flavor! We get asked a lot about a mild sausage- this one is for you!

🐽 Harvesters Special- A spicier sausage featuring salt, pepper, red pepper, and sage! We got this one due to multiple requests for it! It’s spicy in just the right way!

Of course, we are still carrying our staples- Country Style, Grandpa’s Best and Papa’s Green Chili. All processed at Heritage Meats.

🐷We will be doing our next pork drop on Monday, May 4th at 5pm! We expect these to sell out quickly so set your reminders now!
