The concern in Stella’s face says it all. We need this wind to stop and no new fires today please. We’ve got friends in the path of a couple of these. We have watched smoke fill the Arkansas Valley the last 2 evenings and this morning we’ve got heavy smoke visible in the Wets from the new fire in Rye. Praying no new fires start today and that the wind settles so firefighters can get a handle on them. Please be careful out there folks.

The result? A rich, complex—and absolutely delicious—honey unlike anything you’ve tasted.

This honey is non-alcoholic.

This is a limited-run batch, so quantities are limited.
