We’re so thankful for everyone who stopped by our booth, sampled cheese, shared a conversation, and supported our small family business. Days like today remind us how lucky we are to be part of such an amazing community.

Hi, I’m Zac! For those who may not know me, I’m the owner of Red Handcrafted Cheese. Every batch is made fresh right here at Cardinal Creek Farm — the same place my family and I operate as a wedding venue. What started as a passion for handcrafted cheese has grown alongside a place centered around gathering, celebrating, and creating memories.

If you’ve never visited the farm, the Wedding Reunion Mixer is a great chance to stop by, connect with past and future couples, local vendors, and see a little of what makes this place special. Hope to see you there! 🧀🤍🌾
