New website alert!!

We haven't been happy with our customer's experiences on our first website on Wix, so we built our own from scratch! Placing and managing orders with us is now about as easy as it gets :)

We're also taking this opportunity to try something new: an "online farmer's market" where you can find and place orders with your favorite local oyster and shellfish farmers anywhere! We're finishing up that part of the site and will be reaching out to our shellfish farming friends soon. If you're a shellfish farmer looking for new ways to serve folks in your community, get in touch about piloting!

We’re so excited to be partnering with NOMA Restaurant and Wine Market - Porter's Neck & Wrightsville Ave to bring our oyster pickups to Porter’s Neck!

Starting this Friday 8/15, we will be at NOMA from 4:30-6:30 every other Friday bringing you a rotating selection of fresh oysters grown and harvested by local farmers!

Current protocols and refrigeration mean that farmed oysters can be safely eaten all year round! While wild oysters spawn in summer, farmed oysters do not. Wild oyster season doesn't start until October 15th, but you can eat fresh, safe, delicious farmed oysters even in peak summer.
