Grandmother, granddaughter soak up opening day at Wood River Farmer's Market

And that's a wrap on the season's first market! Setup was a tad crazy, but HOLY COW, what a turnout! Huge thanks to our makers, bakers, and farmers for kicking the season off strong. The community showed up in style, and we're grateful to everyone. The Pugan Experience totally rocked the market, and Gumbo 2 Geaux kept our bellies happy!

Thanks to the Wood River Business Alliance volunteers for taking care of setup and takedown, and to Charlotte Anderson for spreading the word and recruiting some awesome folks.

Tomorrow's the day! Farmers Market Season begins tomorrow at 4pm. We have an incredible lineup of over 50 Farmers, Makers and Bakers bringing you incredible eats and treats! Come hungry and grab dinner with Gumbo 2 Geaux or Burger Bar and listen to music by The Pugan Experience. We can't wait to welcome you to another Wood River Farmers Market Season!!

Welcome AoK Refillery to Market.
A clean ingredient, household refill business. We have laundry detergent, fabric softener, hand soap, dish soap, all purpose cleaner, reusable containers, measuring utensils, and dryer balls. Customers pay by the ounce and can purchase the amount they need when they need it.
They will be with us all season long!

It's Opening Week for the 2026 Market Season! We are excited for a great season with almost 50 Vendors joining us this week. Starting off this week we have great eats from Gumbo 2 Geaux and music by The Pugan Experience!
