It all started in early 2020 when Bagel Dave had a very serious thought: “I kind of want a bagel.”

He had never baked before. Certainly not a bagel.

He shared them with friends who said, "Yum, we will BUY these.”

And just like that, the dough was set in motion. 🥯✨

For the past 3 years in our Hoi An Old Town location, we’ve been lucky enough to serve an incredible community of PCB fans from all around the world. 🌎💛

As we’ve been asked by a number of our customers, we want to clarify that we are *NOT* associated with a couple of places that have started to use our name in their businesses.

Yes, we know we don’t own the name “Port City”, but we brought it into Hoi An to be unique and the name is deeply integrated into our story and brand.

It’s both honoring and frustrating to now see our uniqueness start to be diluted. But hey, we guess that’s how it goes in this market.

Regardless, we always appreciate when our customer community reaches out to express concern. You folks are otterly the best and we thank you for the support!
