Have you told yourself the same thing on a scheduled day of workout? I have.

The weather is bad, maybe tomorrow. I’m tired, maybe tomorrow. I don’t have time today, maybe tomorrow.

Sometimes we are not actually that busy or tired. We simply lack motivation for working out.

It’s easy to start a workout plan. But it’s not that easy to stick to it for a week, a month or to make it a long-term lifestyle. A fitness goal is somehow just like any New Year resolution – 45% of people dropped it within a month.
