A common question I receive is 'where do vegans get calcium from'?

My answer is this easy and quick smoothie (sesame seeds + dates + almonds + raisins). Soak the ingredients overnight and grind in morning with some water.

Sesame seeds, almond and raisin are rich sources of calcium.
I absolutely fell in love with this recipe when I learnt it from

A better alternative to tea/coffee (which is believed to reduce iron absorption in body) in morning or for afternoon snack time.

'Aantarik' literally means 'Internal'.

It is a platform to promote healthy lifestyle through yoga and right eating. Because body and mind are interconnected.

Two factors that I observed around while helping people learn yoga were 'stress' and consumption of 'packaged/processed' food. These two are the major determinants contributing to developing lifestyle diseases. The population prone to be affected is largely the young and middle aged adults.

I'll be sharing about healthful food items to help one feel light, and yoga postures to combat physical pains and alleviate stress.
