Dumpling and noodle soup with green herbed omelette.

Using our herb lime and chilli it gave the broth both heat and zestyness.
This was was quick to throw together but still fresh.
The whole family loved this one!

What’s better than a cheese platter on a Sunday afternoon?
A cheese platter with our Macadamia Dukkah.
Nice either sprinkled over your platter or the traditional way put into a bowl for dipping with bread and oil.

Good morning Redcliffe Markets

Starting off the day with this stunning sunrise 🌅
It was a chilly start 🥶but soon warmed up into a perfect day bringing loads of crowds of people.

Irish beef & Guinness stew.

Using our Pizza topper, black pepper and bay leaves.

This slow cooked stew was so rich and packed with flavour.
Homely comfort food that was simple to make and super tasty.

Dear Redcliffe customers.

There are major changes to the Redcliffe market this Sunday 19th of July.
Due to the Jetty 2 Jetty fun run.

Any market stalls from Bee Gees way down to the humpybong roundabout (Redcliffe RSL)
Will either be at the top end of the market or not attending.

Sugar spice & everything nice will be part of this group.
We are attending but will keep our customers updated before Sunday which location we will be in as soon as we know.

Roast beef with Dauphinoise potatoes
& creamy peppercorn sauce.

Using our peppersteak & herb garlic rubs.

This was incredible the roast beef sauce was peppery and full of flavour and the Dauphinoise potatoes were smooth and creamy.
So delicious I can’t wait to make it again.
