television, read cook books and magazines, searched the net...One thing i saw in common on those who took cooking and baking as their career, it is their passion, how they put their heart into it, it has become integral part of their lives. This has inspired me so much and gave me the confidence to do the same. I am starting small, in my own humble kitchen, baking and learning and experimenting...my home now becomes my store too. I know there would be trials and struggles as I embark on this new career. But this is what my heart dictates me to do. I am taking on the challenge and dreaming big,aiming high....This is going to be a joy ride to baking!
