Scoff Em Madeline Roberts / Scoff Em! Madeline Roberts; who am I? A twenty-something who has had an interest in food since childhood but kept it a secret for a long time.

In 2007 I rapidly lost most of my sight. It has taken 4 years to go through treatment, accept and adapt to how I see the world. However one thing remained: my love of food. Scoff Em! began as a hobby and with the encouragement of friends and family, has become a business venture. I aim to cater for the needs of busy people who want quality items at competitive prices with that extra special person

al touch. I took the time and effort to find the best recipes for my products, everything is made to order. I also have a delicious gluten-free range, and could make any of my celebration cakes without gluten. It is satisfying to make food that makes people happy. I make anniversary cakes, birthday cake and wedding cupcakes. Christmas cakes, easter cakes and halloween cakes too. I've made desserts for buffets and barbecues. I make wedding favours and treats such as cake pops. I can quote for fund-raising afternoon teas and coffee mornings.
